Definitely great for beginners and its free! The only thing I have to say about this book is that it could've been a little more detailed. Not taking anything away from the author, he had some great info

Very interesting read....The only reason I didn't rate this book a 5/5 is it all sounds too good to be true; and now I know where all those "I will buy your house, instant cash right now!" signs in my neighborhood are coming from....
