About the author

Maxwell Cooper, M.D. is a Resident Physician at Emory University School of Medicine in the Department of Radiology. He is also the Co-Founder and CEO of DaVinci Academy, a company that provides educational resources to students studying the medical sciences. Dr. Cooper is the lead author of "Principles of Clinical Anatomy", a textbook that covers the core concepts of gross anatomy in an outline format with numerous clinical pearls and over 200 diagrams and radiology images. He is also the lead author of "Principles of Clinical Biochemistry", an outline format textbook covering the core concepts for molecular biology, cellular biology, metabolism, nutrition, and genetics.
