About the author

Dr. Klaus Stoesser works as a management consultant and interim manager for corporate groups and medium-sized companies. After completing his studies and doctorate in metallurgy and materials engineering, he was a project manager and trainer in a management consultancy, later change manager and technical managing director in a corporate group. He has implemented numerous restructuring and turnaround plans in Germany, America and the Czech Republic as well as successful projects to increase productivity in Germany and abroad.
