Jane K. Cleland is an author, educator, corporate trainer, and keynote speaker. She’s worked with IBM, American Express, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Pfizer, the Hong Kong Bureau of Trade, the State of Ohio, and the Universities of Ulster and Toledo, among scores of other top organizations. In addition, Jane is the Director of the Program for Professional Communications at Lehman College (part of the City University of New York) and a lecturer in the college’s English Department.
