As the executive director of the Meals Under Wheels Foundation(r), Buck "Buck" Peterson is a successful humor writer and the author of more than 10 cookbooks. His best-known title is "The Original Road Kill Cookbook," which contains innovative recipes for preparing vehicular roadkill, a food source Buck believes is highly underrated.
