About this ebook

The present work, Kavi-Kovid, is a collection of short poems based on the background of the current Covid-19 pandemic, which basically targets promoting a healthy lifestyle, creating public consciousness, and saluting the brave warriors fighting against Corona. The collection infuses new hope and enthusiasm in the minds amidst the agonizing pain of the Covid-19 pandemic. Each composition of the collection envisions a definite victory over the epidemic. Since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, while treating the Covid-19 patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and discharging various administrative responsibilities, the poet has experienced the agony and woes of humanity very sensitively. The sensitivity of a poet and the indomitable self-confidence of a doctor, not only bind the spirits but also foreshadow the future through crystal-clear and positive illustrations. The poet has given new dimensions to ancient Indian culture, spirituality, Raja Yoga meditation, and human values by highlighting the usefulness of Covid-19 compliant behavior and a scientific approach.
