Triumphant Love by Ramona Flightner is the last book in The Banished Saga. It continues the storyline of the McLeod, the Sullivan, and the Russell families. Along with the storyline, the reader is reacquainted with and reminisces prior events and happenings of the family's lives. These three families came together during the late 1800s into the year 1920. Through her well-developed characters, the loving family has always prevailed. However, mean, nasty, and evil people including aunts, mothers, and a stepbrother created many miserable times for many in the family. The family has had loves and lost loves, births and deaths, and accidents and injuries. They have encountered shared hardships, conflicts, betrayals, and injustices. Through her extensive research, the author has incorporated local events and national events into her storylines. This has added significantly to her storyline with fires, mining accidents, the Spanish America War, the Spanish Flu, World War I, and the Women’s Suffragists Movement to obtain the right to vote. The author's writing skills have left us wanting yet another book each time we finished a book. As a faithful reader of this series, I have spent countless hours reading and enjoying each of these books. If you haven’t had a chance to read this excellent historical saga, I hope you will give it a try.

The McLeods, Sullivans, and Russells together make up an extended family where together they stand strong and face battles as one. Despite their almost charmed lives, they are not immune to pain and loss, yet with the support of their loved ones, they overcome and go on to be stronger and more joyful. This is the first book that I have read in this series, and even though it is an epilogue of sorts, there was enough background information to enable me to piece together the history of the families. Despite the number of characters involved, it was still easy for me to follow the threads of each individual plot and I thoroughly enjoyed the culmination of the novel. I received a copy of this book as a gift and this is my honest and voluntary review.

Meting out incredibly, well rounded scenario's, ramping up the exuberance and style with such intensity and precision, blasting this gem to life spectacularly. Combating the drama, intrigue, tension, uncertainty, loss, hopelessness and surging suspense, throwing this little fella into a tailspin with an unforgettable culmination. Add turmoil and distress along with perplexing situations and a boatload of doubt, thrusting this baby to life beautifully. Blazing a path and seizing the reigns, running the show, throwing this little fella into a tizzy, laying this little fella out in all its glory.
