About this ebook

You can’t outrun your past—or the goddess living inside you.

Lexi Balefire thought wielding the Bow of Destiny would finally give her control over her fate. Instead, it’s unraveling everything she’s fought to build. Her goddess half—platinum-haired, razor-tongued Alexis—has slipped the magical leash, commandeering not just Lexi’s powers, but her choices, her instincts, and possibly her very identity.

What began as a strategic, temporary surrender has turned into a full-blown supernatural identity crisis. Lexi no longer knows whether she’s steering her own life—or just along for the ride.

As an unnatural, bone-deep cold grips Port Harbor, Lexi’s problems multiply faster than curses in a broken mirror. Her faerie godmothers are meddling in ways even they can’t explain. Her estranged mother, Sylvana, tightens her web of secrets. And Diana Diamond—rival witch and self-appointed Queen of Hearts—edges deeper into Lexi’s life with every carefully marked card, her true agenda hidden beneath layers of enchantment.

Meanwhile, the Bow of Destiny whispers temptations that grow harder to resist, promising power at prices Lexi isn’t sure she can afford. Kin Clark—the man who once anchored her to the belief that even a Balefire witch deserved happily-ever-after—keeps his distance, leaving Lexi to battle divine possession and heartbreak without the one person who grounded her.

With each passing day, the line between witch and goddess blurs further. The harder Lexi fights to reclaim herself, the more volatile her magic becomes.

As Diana’s endgame draws closer, Sylvana’s long-hidden plans approach their climax, and the dark legacy of the Balefire name threatens to eclipse every step toward freedom, Lexi races against a relentlessly ticking magical clock. If she can’t unite the fractured pieces of herself, the goddess she’s becoming may destroy the witch she once was—and take everything she loves with her.

Because the line between wielding power and being consumed by it is thinner than Lexi ever imagined.

A Cold Day in Spell is the sixth novel in the Fate Weaver series.

Just like all the books this one was just as exciting. Can't wait for the next book to come out. Lexi has changed so much from the first book yet still has a way to go with her magic and all the other ones that she is responsible for. Kinda wish she would go back to matching making once in awhile she was good at it. Well I have more of books that ReGina has written to look forward to reading. I hope that whoever reads these books enjoy them as much as I have.
