Deniz Coşan Eke (Dr. Phil.) works as a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Alevi Theological Studies at the University of Vienna, Austria. She has been a visiting researcher on migration, religious groups, and interreligious dialogue at the University of Roskilde, the University of Westminster, and the University of Cambridge. She is the author of The Changing Leadership Roles of Dedes in the Alevi Movement: Ethnographic Studies on Alevi Associations in Turkey and Germany from the 1990s to the Present (Bielefeld, Germany: Transcript, 2021).
Eric M. Trinka (Ph.D.) is Assistant Professor of Religious Studies at Emory & Henry College in Emory, Virginia, USA. He is recognized globally as an expert on the formation and interpretation of religious texts in contexts of mobility. He is the author of Cultures of Mobility, Migration, and Religion in Ancient Israel and Its World (London: Routledge, 2022).
