So they heed their collective betrayals as a wake-up call and band together to exact sweet revenge. Cathy Holton was born in Lakeland, Florida, and grew up in college towns in the American South and Midwest. She attended Oklahoma State University and Michigan State University and worked for a number of years in Atlanta before settling in the mountains of Tennessee with her husband and their three children.
