About the author

RITA AMBARWATI is a permanent lecturer in the Faculty of Business Law and Social Sciences, Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo, who teaches several subjects including: industrial management, human resource management, marketing management, and marketing strategies. The fourth daughter of the couple Mr. H. Sudarso and Mrs. Hj. Sri Asmaningwati was born in Surabaya, April 7, 1980, who began her career as a banking practitioner in 2000 - 2012 and has been a trainer and operational management lecturer since 2017. The educational background of researchers include: Bachelor of Management, Wijaya Putra University in Surabaya (graduated in 2003). S-2 Master of Technology Management, ITS 10 November Surabaya (graduated in 2011), and S-3 Doctoral Program in Management, Brawijaya University in Malang (graduated in 2014). The author is involved in research and community service both funded by Ristekdikti and independent funds on strategies to improve the quality of public services in government institutions.

The author is involved in research and community service both funded by Ristekdikti and independent funds on strategies to improve the quality of public services in government institutions.

ROHMAN DIJAYA was born in Gresik on April 23, 1990. Senior secondary education at SMAN 1 Manyar Gresik was completed in 2008 in the Department of Natural Sciences (IPA) and in 2007 became a participant in the JENESYS student exchange in Japan precisely at Chita Gun Nagoyashi Aichi Ken. Since 2009 the author went on to undergraduate education at the University of Muhammadiyah Gresik at the Faculty of Engineering, Department of Informatics and graduated in 2013. Then in 2014 with the grace of Allah SWT, the author was accepted at the Masters of Informatics at the ITS Information Technology Faculty through independent and successful channels completed his study in 2016 with an interest in KCV (Smart Computing and Visualization) who hoped his research could be useful for improving the quality of Indonesian livestock. The author has an interest in the fields of imageprocessing, automation, and robotics. During the students, the writer was active in non-profit activities such as KAPAS (Community Care Concern for Dropouts) and the Surabaya Student Exchange AFS (American Field Service) Student Exchange Organization. Currently the author chooses to be active in independent research and partners to increase the potential of ICT technology-based villages which are the preferred activities of the authors. The author was a lecturer in informatics engineering at Muhammadiyah University Gresik in 2013-2014. In 2016 the writer became a lecturer at the Faculty of Engineering, Department of Informatics, Muhammadiyah University, Sidoarjo and became the coordinator of community service.
