It is our pleasure to present the proceedings of the International Conference that was held on 1 st and 2nd March 2023 at the Department of Commerce, B.S. Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science and Technology, Vandalur, Chennai. This conference provided a platform for researchers, academics, professionals, and industrialist from various fields to come together and share their research findings, innovative ideas, and experiences. The theme of the conference was "Management, Accounting, Banking, Economics and Business Research for Sustainable Development”, which attracted a diverse range of research papers, presentations and active participations. The conference was a great success, and we received an overwhelming response from participants across the globe. The conference proceedings contain papers that have been thoroughly reviewed by a panel of experts in their respective fields. These papers have undergone a rigorous peer-review process to ensure their quality and relevance to the conference theme. About the author

Dr.N.Raja Hussain, Professor. School of Management BS Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai. He holds a Ph.D. and a Master's in Management. He has extensive combined teaching experience for 36 years at undergraduate level, 23 years at post graduate level, and 15 years at the research level, supervising more than 15 M.Phil and Research scholars. Also, he managed a variety of administrative positions at the University of Madras, including NSS Program Coordinator, USAB Director, Dean I/C - CDC, and YRC Zonal Coordinator. Also, he belongs to a member of academic professional bodies. He has published more than 75 research papers in journals, national and international conferences. He has organised numerous conferences, seminars, symposia, and workshops at the regional, national, and international levels. He has also organised over ten career development programmes. Also, he is the author of the fantastic book "Aalumai Thiranum- Manidha Membaadum" (Tamil). He completed a TUFIDCO-funded project in Ambur in 1994 called "Low-cost Sanitation Project." AMES Award for Teaching Service, Tamil Nadu State NSS Award for Outstanding Community Service, Hindu Tourism Promotion Award, Indira Gandhi National NSS Award for Best Programme - Co-ordinator of India, Best Achiever Award for his Outstanding Social Service, The Best Educationist Award, and Media Guild Award for Outstanding Social Service are just a few of the numerous honours bestowed upon him.

Dr. D. Ayub Khan Dawood , Professor and Dean, School of Social Sciences and Humanities, B.S. Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai has an illustrious academic career spanning over 36 years in teaching, research and administration. He has guided 21 PhD scholars, 95 MPhil Scholars in the faculty of commerce, management and published more than 175 papers in various refereed Journals both at National and International level. He has to his credit the authorship of several books in the areas of Management Accounting, Entrepreneurship and General Management. Editorial Member in Several journals, to mention a few, International Journal of Advance Study and Research Work, ICBE Journal of Business Studies, International Journal of Business Intelligence and Innovations. Member in several professional bodies like Regional Vice president of Indian Council for Business Education, AIMS International. Recipient of “MTC Global Award for Excellence 2019”, “ Best Citizen Award for Research Excellence” by the Indus Foundations. Visiting Professor for University Negeri Indonesia and examiner for PhD thesis in several foreign universities. His academic interests are Accounting, Finance and Entrepreneurship.

Dr.K.Soundarapandiyan, working as Associate Professor & Head – Department of Commerce, B.S. Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science & Technology, Chennai. He is an eminent and quality academic professional, he is a graduate in Business Administration, and MBA specializing in Finance,(university rank holder), M.Phil in Management, Ph.D in Management. He has 22 years of rich experience in academia, where he published 42 research papers in natinoal and international journals. Presented papers in 37 national and international conferences including IITs & IIMs. Actively participating in academia and extracurricular activities of the institution and also the Board of studies member in the various universities. Acting as the Editor in the International journal of Information Technology and management sciences. Expertise in areas like, Economics, IBM, Operations Management, Merchant Banking and Fin. Services and Financial Derivatives.

Dr. Razana Juhaida Johari C.A. (M), Associate Professor, Department of Professional Accounting Studies, Faculty of Accountancy, Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia. She completed her Chartered Accountant from the Malaysian Institute of Accountants as well as her master's and doctoral degrees in accounting. She has mentored 6 researchers Scholars and 16 master's students during her 20 years of teaching and research career. Her areas of expertise include governance, accounting education, fraud, accounting ethics, and auditing. She was a Chartered Accountant and Professional Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. She has also been a speaker at various events, served as a visiting professor at various universities, represented on editorial boards for national and international journals, functioned on Juries for innovation invention creation exhibitions, and trained students in the Audit and Assurance course offered by the ACCA at the Universiti Islam Indonesia. In the University of Technology MARA's Faculty of Accountancy, she was given the Exemplary Service Award. Also, she managed academic administrative positions such as Assistant Head of Program, Resource Person for Auditing & Assurance, Academic Advisor ACCA, and Director of Learning Centre. She has completed 22 financed projects, published more than 38 research articles in reputable journals, seven books, and 33 publications in refereed Proceedings. She also won many best paper awards for her various publications. She was also given numerous accolades and medals, including gold, silver, and bronze ones.
