About the author

Sanjay Mohapatra, Ph.D. (Utkal University) is professor of Information Systems at the Xavier Institute of Management Bhubaneswar (XIMB). He has more than 25 years of combined industry and academic experience. He has worked in various capacities in organizations like Hindustan Aeronautics, Larsen & Toubro, PricewaterHouse, Infosys, Polaris and J&B Software. His teaching and research interests include IT Strategy and Management Information Systems and IT-enabled processes. He has authored nine books and presented several papers in national and international referred journals and conferences.
