Great book to help you be a survivor, not a statistic. Also, Cade did a survival TV series called "Surviving Disaster" that aired on Spike network. If you like the book I very highly recommend watching the series which includes him and a group of other people that he walks through the steps in thrilling suspenseful action

I bought both of his Seal e-books and both have important pages missing. Probably good books IF all pages were there. AND you can not get your money back EVEN for incomplete books. IF you do not mind books with missing pages, then buy it.

I highly recommend this book. This is not a mainstream survivalist guide that some redneck wrote. Mr. Cade (Navy Seal) is straight to the point with everything. He not only teaches survival but the realities we face in everyday life. I enjoyed reading this book and also learned some great advice.
