Reading Sahaj Dhyan Yog is simply wonderful. It provides two fold inspiration for readers- first, it clearly displays that real yogis still exist on earth. Second, it shows a ray of hope that anyone, by doing intense sadhana, can master yoga and thereby live a meaningful life. Written in a easy to understand language, with practical suggestions for meditation, the book does not require one to be a great linguistic master to grasp the subject.

This book is very useful for everyone, specially for the person in Spiritual path, In short chapters a lot of valuable knowledge is mentioned for our guidence, which on reading can easily understand . This book of Yogiji is special gift for mankind for their Spiritual growth and also for transformation of new readers from materialistic world to Spiritual. I am thankful for Yogi Ananand Ji for keeping it free of cost so that everyone can access it.

We are highly thankful for this book.I thanks Guru ji for this book .I have read it . This book provides alot of knowledge about spirituality . Guru ji has mentioned his own spiritual experiences also . He has provided very valuable informations about meditation , Pranayam, spiritual worlds from his own experiences . This book is like a grace of Guru ji.The most important is that Guru ji has wrote this from his own practical experiences which gives immense joy while reading this book. I seriously recommend this book for true seekers of spirituality who want to achieve his spiritual goals and to get eternal peace. It is our great fortune to have a such a nice book on spirituality.
