The book is all right, the ebook is not. The contents has no links to chapters, only parts- good luck finding chapters 4-10 without going page-by-page. Also, search is horribly broken, making this even harder. If you're looking for Schottky diodes, they're in chapter 7 on page 228, but the search shows exactly one result on page 13. Do not buy this through Google Books.

The book itself is a classic. The ebook is terribly flawed, with equations being incomplete and misleading.
