作者简介

Omar Manasreh, Ph.D., is a full professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and the author of over 150 journal articles. He has edited and coedited over ten books and organized over ten symposia. Dr. Manasreh is also a series editor for the technical book series, Nanoscience &Technology, published by McGraw-Hill. He has extensive experience in the experimental and theoretical optoelectronic properties of III-V semiconductors, superlattices, nanostructures, and related devices.
