When a number of enormous explosions rock both his region and a major shopping mall in Tel Aviv, Noel Parke, director of the New York office of the Department of Homeland Protection, can at first find nothing to link them. Yet his investigation soon makes it clear that they are merely precursors to a terrorist attack intended to devastate the entire city.
