The male protagonist is constantly pushing for communication and tries to make the relationship work throughout the story, but one conversation doesn't go exactly how the female protagonist wants it to, and suddenly the narrative says that the male protagonist should have treated her better despite having done nothing wrong other than being unwilling to profess being in love when she brought it up. Meanwhile, the female protagonist is the one constantly thinking about ending the relationship and pushing against it the most. The story was fine (not good or great, but I planned on finishing it) until the female protagonist calls off the relationship and the narrative rewrites itself to paint her as a victim because the male protagonist didn't profess his undying love for her on the spot. I don't plan to finish the last chapter and epilogue due to my frustrations with this.

The heat radiates off the pages from the start of this book until the very end. The chemistry between Rafe and Hope vibrates out to you, it is that strong. But through that connection, they get to know each other and the emotional ties wrap around, binding them together stronger that any bondage could. Hope recognizes this before Rafe, and some underling drama comes to a head at the same time. They almost don’t make it, but Rafe follows his heart and his instincts, and Hope follows hers, to make everything fall into place for this wonderfully sexy couple!

Billionaire Matchmaker Rafe is put in a awful position when his irresponsible father ups and leaves with a women half his age. Rafe tries to take control of the business but a clause in the CEO role says he has to be married. Unfortunately his mother also get involved and hires a matchmaker Hope that tries to find him a wife but as soon as he meets her he can’t seem to focus on anything else especially finding a suitable wife that loves the BDSM lifestyle. Both characters are well developed and you become very invested in their relationship and the pointless search for a wife. Absolutely love Sierra Cartwright especially in a BDSM book which she does beautifully. Definitely a instant buy for me.
