About this ebook

'AN INSPIRATIONAL MANIFESTO' - Annie Grace

'SIMON IS FABULOUS - YOU HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE AND EVERYTHING TO GAIN!' - Clare Pooley

Do you feel trapped by alcohol?
Do you find yourself thinking about drinking too often?
Do you put alcohol ahead of the most important things in your life?

If so - here's some good news. You can quit drinking, and it's not as difficult as you think.

Simon Chapple is a Certified Alcohol Coach who has helped thousands of people change the way that alcohol features in their lives. In How to Quit Drinking in 50 Days he'll give you a structured way to find complete freedom from alcohol - for now, or forever.

This 50-day journey to freedom is split into two parts. Days 1-25 will ask you to take an honest look at the impact alcohol has had on your life, to examine the reasons for your drinking, and will arm you with the best strategy for quitting alcohol successfully. Days 26-50 will ask you to make the commitment to taking a break from alcohol - taking each step with one chapter a day, and answering the questions that come up.

There are strategies for dealing with challenges and setbacks, and a wealth of resources for finding support and inspiration. Above all, there is a genuine passion for the sober adventure, and the huge rewards of an alcohol-free life - a life of freedom that's waiting for you.

About the author

For over two decades Simon Chapple was the classic example of a heavy daily 'at home' drinker. Enduring daily hangovers, engaging in regretful behaviour, suffering from severe anxiety and a complete lack of energy and motivation as a result of his inability to stop drinking.

Despite this he built a successful business, ran marathons and tried his best to be a father and a husband. But something was lacking in his life, which was slowly falling apart around him. He knew that something needed to change.

When eventually Simon managed to quit alcohol, joy flowed back into his life for the first time since he was a child. His experience was so profound that it became his mission to raise awareness about the dangers of alcohol and to spread the word about the huge benefits that an alcohol-free life can bring.

Simon is a Certified Sobriety Coach and the founder of Be Sober, one of the largest quit drinking communities in the world. He has worked with thousands of people from all over the world in coaching programmes and helped them make a powerful and lasting change to the way that alcohol features in their lives. He advocates quitting alcohol as a positive experience, a life-choice that we feel empowered in making for ourselves. He rejects the outdated methods of 'recovery' and 'alcoholic' that keep many people stuck for the rest of their lives, and instead works with his clients to help them find true freedom and happiness in sobriety by making choices that they feel passionate about.
