Not really as detailed as announced. One example: Ollie step 3 (the jump): no details on how to perform the jumping action, e.g. hints on arms movement, suggestions how to perform little by little to reach the shown height. Advices and hints how to practice this complicated jump would have been the details that I expected when I bought this book. I cannot recommend buying it.

It really helped me alot. The only thing i dont like, is that u cant watch the the videos offline or download them to watch them without wlan/internet connection. Thats why it gets only 4 of 5 stars.

The SMS-books are just great! I'm from Germany and have nobody close around to help me practicing.. with this books i learned so much in a very short time.. better than any videos on youtube by far!
