I love reverse harems and this book was no exception. It was steamy, adventurous, exciting, and a little funny too. It broght out plenty of emotions in my that I was not expecting. I love sexy reads and this book did not disappoint. I really enjoyed the characters Wyn and her sexy men in addition to all the adventure they had to go through. I have not read the rest of the books in this series and now they are definitely going on my TBR immediately. I really enjoy the flow of Skye Mackinnon's stories and the little funny parts in them as well. Add to that the steam and, oh boy, it's all over for me. Great read and can't wait to read more! This reverse harem romance takes place in Scotland. Wynter was raised among the humans in a small town. On her 22nd birthday, she was set to recieve her full powers. She was asked to come visit the Queen, her real mother. She was sent four sexy guardians to escort ther there. Of course there were lots of dangerous obstacles trying to stop her along the way. There were also many amusing parts of the story. I’m hooked, can’t wait to read the rest of the series.

This is the first story in the "Daughter of Winter" series. This is the story of Wyn and her four Guardians (Storm, Arc, Frost and Crispin). She is a princess and demi-goddess who has lived among humans. On her 22nd birthday, with a huge bang, she comes into her magic. This story is chopped full of action, suspense and drama that keeps you flipping pages to see what happens next. It is nicely developed with some steamy bits as well. I look forward to reading "Winter Heiress" to see what happens next in Wyn's world.
