This book is life-changing. Love all the recipes and actually enjoy them more than any cookbook I’ve ever had. Delicious. I was pretty bummed when I saw how restricted the AIP diet was but once I started making these recipes I became excited again about food, plus I feel great after eating something I haven’t been able to say for years. My asthma is much better and I’m running again. Still on my meds but food isn’t an issue for me anymore. And, by the way, the coconut ice cream recipe is better than any dairy icecream. I never thought I’d say that! It’s my evening indulgence. Write another book! I need more.
