關於作者

Mr. Roderick O'Brien currently in Australia, is a lawyer, and has lectured in the University of Hong Kong. this publication was initially prepared for his M.A. degree at the University of Hong Kong. He has publicised articles in law journals in Australia and Hong Kong on comercial law and landlord and tenant law.
