Sounds like something written 200 years ago. For example, how you must cook with enough variety and to his taste. How it's unfair to him if your looks change or if you wear different undies. There's even an entire chapter about how to be submissive to your husband, because "what women really want from their relationship is to submit". Also, he says it is normal for a husband to get angry if you don't want to have sex - except if it is by doctor's orders, then he won't get angry... No info on whether doctor's orders must be on paper form, like for work absences?... 🤣

This is terribly hard to read with such small text that cannot be changed. I also agree that some of the stuff mentioned is just not always attainable unless you're willing to always be acting.
