WARNING SPOILERS: This book was very...strange. First off, they meet, kiss, make-out, and have sex all in one day. yikes And then the next day they decide they wanna spend the rest of their lives together? Second of all, Dane is very manipulative. Jaimie is all "I don't date, and men aren't for me," but because Dane is good at kissing and is very masculine, she does what he wants her to. The romance would have been better if it was drawn out over a month or something. TWO DAYS is kinda crazy. This whole book felt like a Gacha Life Mini Movie but with real people. The story was not horrible, I just often felt grossed out by Dane cuz he was giving me the ick.

A true joy to read. Sheriff Dane with his protective nature literally sweeps Jaimi off her feet, when he protects her from a runaway hay ride. However, Jaimi's secrets may cause Dane to have to choose between the family of his heart and the women he's falling in love with.

Cute quick read. A little heavy on the angst and drama for my taste .
