In 2006 I graduated with a BS in exercise physiology. however as the years have gone by, there are many things I have forgotten because I simply have not used them in my profession. this book has been an informative yet easy to read refresher that has gotten me back on track, so to speak, with my forgotten knowledge. sure I still have my exercise physiology textbooks from school, but this book was exactly what I needed: a quick and easy read that simply refreshes me on some core topics in kinesiology without feeling like I am taking the college level courses all over again. I offer a sincere thank you to the authors!
