This book is probably the most thorough grilling book bar none! Very useful information, from cooking to preparation. The actual book is huge, lots of pictures as well. A tip for charcoal griller folks, if you don't already own one, get a weber chimney starter. It makes all the difference in the world when lighting your charcoal. They only cost about $15.00, best investment you will ever make for grilling!

This is an awesome book! If you're not sure if $3 for nearly 500 pages of the best food you'll ever make is worth it, then you're crazy. Check out the sample and then get it!
