About this ebook

She’s a former mafia princess. He’s been hired to track down her family secret…

After escaping my life as a Russian mafia princess, I’ve got everything I could possibly want—other than a family.

So when the Christmas concert at the seniors’ residence where I volunteer is at risk of being canceled, I have a perfect solution. My kindergarten students can perform for them. Because who doesn’t love cute singing kids?

Well, it would be cute if I knew what the heck I was doing. On top of that, one of my grandfather’s enemies has a different future in mind for me, which is putting a major damper on the festivities.

Fortunately, Landon Reed, the sexy substitute teacher, might be the one person who can help me with both situations…

****

My mission? Pretend to be a kindergarten teacher and become Chloe’s boyfriend so my team can track down her mafia cousin, the new crime boss who’s gone into hiding.

Except, my time in the Navy SEALs didn’t prepare me enough for this. For one, the last thing Chloe wants is a boyfriend. And what the heck do I know about teaching kids and putting on Christmas concerts?

But when her grandfather’s enemy attempts to kidnap her, the truth becomes a tangled mess—taking my heart along with it.

Because if there’s one thing Chloe doesn’t want, it’s to fall down the rabbit hole of her past. And that’s exactly where we’re heading.

5 Star Review Spying Under The Mistletoe (Love Undercover #2) by Stina Lindenblatt I thoroughly enjoyed the first book in the series and I loved this one. This is Chloe and Landon’s story and what an entertaining one it was. Not only was their plenty of action, suspense and some danger, but it was also steamy and at times witty. Landon is working undercover as a teacher at the school where ex Russian mafia princess Chloe works. This ex Navy Seal is so far out of his element that there were numerous laugh out loud moments as he struggled to deal with his students. The story was well written, flowed well and was fast paced. It drew me in and held me captive from the first to the last page. What will happen when feelings become involved despite both Chloe and Landon asserting that they are not looking for a relationship? I loved Chloe, she is such a kind and caring woman and I worried how devastated she would be when she learns of Landon’s real identity and his mission. The supporting characters add an additional layer to my enjoyment and the elderly people at the nursing home where Chloe volunteers had me in stitches. I am excited to read the next book in the series.

Chloe is an ex-mafia princess and has been living her life as a kindergarten teacher unaware of anything happening with her family. Landon and his team are determined to track down Nickoli and put him behind bars. To do this, Landon goes undercover as a substitute kindergarten teacher to get close to Chloe, become her boyfriend and figure out where her cousin is hiding. Chloe is almost kidnapped and the partial truth comes out so Landon and Chloe agree to fake their relationship to pull the person who wants to kill her out of hiding. The only thing is, it also pulls their hearts out of hiding also. Spying Under the Mistletoe is a military and mafia romantic comedy that will have you laughing out loud and put you in the holiday spirit. Stina Lindenblatt knows how to write lighthearted, steamy romantic comedies. I loved how both Landon and Chloe attempted to fight their want of a relationship even though everything kept bringing them together. Every time they went to the seniors center I was laughing out loud. The kindergarten kids reminded me of my own boys and their antics. I am looking forward to more books from Stina.
