The Enlisted Performance Report (EPR) is one of the most important documents in an enlisted member's career. This form has long-standing impacts during and after his or her military service. The final rank on the DD Form 214, Discharge Papers and Separation Documents, is largely based on the information provided in his or her evaluations.    

Evaluations help make important personnel decisions, such as promotion consideration, career opportunities, retraining, and reenlistments. I will help you map out your career expectations and goals, outline specific bullet writing mechanics, and write great EPRs line-by-line. I also provide a list of over two thousand action verbs.

**UPDATE: This book has been updated to provide several important updates since its original release. I have expanded several discussions and topics throughout the book and added a chapter about promotion board scoring.

Hamp entered the Air Force in January 1995. While in the Air Force, Hamp served as a C-130 Aircraft Maintenance Specialist for four years before retraining into the Administration (then Information Management) career field in June 1999. He has received fifteen assignments spanning Pacific Air Forces, United States Air Forces in Europe, and Air Education and Training Command. 
Hamp has three Associate of Applied Science degrees from the Community College of the Air Force and a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland University College. He is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity degree from Amridge University.
Hamp has been recognized with more than eleven awards in his career, including Basic Military Training Honor Graduate, Distinguished Graduate from his technical training schools, First Sergeant Academy Honor Graduate, and four annual awards. Hamp’s most recent award was the 2015 Air Force NAACP Roy Wilkins Renown Service Award, Military Category.
