About the author

Dr. Hakan Butuner has a BS in Industrial Engineering, MBA, and a PhD in Engineering Management. Dr. Butuner has been active both in academic and professional lives for several years as a planning and programming manager and as a project manager. Currently, he is lecturing in business schools and acting in IM&E consulting and training. Additionally, he is the president of Institute of Industrial Engineers (Turkish professional chapter) and a board member of IHPP. He is the author of several publications and books.
