The department has two vectors of analytical developments: negative and positive. The first vector (positive) is aimed at development of scenarios in regard to destruction of roots of terrorism in general. The second vector (negative) is aimed at subjugation, control, and management of terrorism according to someone’s goals.

Andrey Davydov is a Russian researcher and sinologist. He is the Research Supervisor at the Special Scientific Info-Analytical Laboratory—Catalog of Human Souls and Partner with Human Population Academy. Davydov has discovered that Shan Hai Jing is the Catalog of human population and has created the Catalog of Human Souls based on decryption of Shan Hai Jing and other ancient books. Olga Skorbatyuk is a Senior Analyst at the Special Scientific Info-Analytical Laboratory—Catalog of Human Souls and partner with Human Population Academy. Skorbatyuk is a professional psychologist, the founder of Non-Traditional Psychoanalysis, and Andrey Davydov’s research partner. She was granted political asylum as well.
