Aufgrund des Debakels der Hypo Real Estate wurden zugleich noch weitere Immobilienfinanzierer mit “in Sippenhaft genommen“. Manche Analysten bescheinigen dem Geschäftsmodell der reinen Immobilienfinanzierung nur noch wenig Zukunft.
