About the author

Agata Stachowicz-Stanusch PhD, DSc, is a full professor of management at the Silesian University of Technology in Poland. She is the head of the management and marketing department. She has authored, co-authored and edited more than 10 books. She is also the author of over 70 research papers in domestic and international journals. She is a reviewer of Academy of Management, European Academy of Management, the Journal of Brand Management, and Journal of Organizational Change Management.
