Great book on a critically important subject. After you've made a selection decision, performance improvement is mostly about performance management. But what exactly does that mean? Most think that performance management is performance appraisal. Not exactly. And how many believe that performance appraisal improves performance? This book will help the reader understand how to use performance management to truly improve performance. The author uses behavioral science to explain.
