作者简介

Dr. Paul Kilgore, MD, MPH, FACP is a physician whose medical specialty is Internal Medicine. He is also a trained medical epidemiologist who has studied epidemiology and global health. He is an alumni of the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor MI where he completed his undergraduate studies in psychobiology and graduate studies in epidemiology and public health. Dr. Kilgore is a graduate of Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan and he completed his Internal Medicine residency training in the University of Michigan Hospitals in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Dr. Kilgore completed further training at the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, Georgia. He is an alumni of the Epidemic Intelligence Service (EIS) Program at the US CDC--a globally recognized program of excellence in training "disease detectives". Dr. Kilgore is an infectious disease epidemiologist and globally-recognized researcher whose work has taken him to over 30 countries around the world including the study of outbreaks of Bolivian Hemorrhagic Fever in Bolivia and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) in China. Dr. Kilgore is also host of the Quantitative Health Podcast.
