Welland MS, RD, is a nutritionist, dietician, teacher, food and nutrition communications consultant, and writer known for her work on on The TLC Diet, Eating Clean, Eating Local, and many other books about healthy lifestyles and healthy eating. She is a professor of nutrition at Northern Virginia Community College.
