As a reporter for the Philadelphia Inquirer, she covered the leadership structures of the city's criminal justice system, the greater metropolitan-area transit system, and the Philadelphia Mafia. Additionally, Caba coauthored Break Points: Where Small Businesses Get Stuck with Larry Kesslin and Chris Winter.
