Leslie Bilderback, CMB was on the original faculty of the California School of Culinary Arts as Baking and Pastries Department Head, and soon rose to the position of Executive Chef. During this time Bilderback became a Certified Master Baker (CMB), and was a finalist on Team USA of the 2002 Coup du Monde de la Boulangerie.
