Remmi Smith is a teen entrepreneur, author, cook, and speaker. She is the co-founder of Cook Time with Remmi, a health based company for kids and families, and Chef Club Box Fresh, a subscription healthy meal service delivering healthy meals each month. Remmi wants to teach kids healthy cooking by cooking healthy recipes so they could eat healthy. Her focus is to combat the childhood obesity epidemic in the United States by linking the skill of cooking to improved nutrition, while encouraging kids to have fun in the kitchen. Remmi is also the author of GLOBAL COOKING FOR KIDS which is a 170-page, full color recipe cookbook with healthy recipes from all 7 continents.
