Nancy Kennedy is a personal fitness and nutrition expert who has trained and cooked for some of the top celebrities in the world. She has been featured in several major publications, including Vogue, Cosmopolitan, Shape, and Allure, which voted her "Best Trainer" twice. She has been a spokesperson for several major brands and has developed her own line of ready-to-eat foods that are available in gyms throughout Southern California. She lives in Los Angeles.
