Ratings and reviews

This book was a split decision for me. I thought there were a nice variety of recipes included and that there is some very helpful info included for those new to air frying (like me). However the cookbook collector in me was not enthused. This book offers very little visual appeal because the photos are few and very far between. So if you are looking for something to get you started and aren't overly troubled by using processed foods into your recipes, I think this is a good choice. However, if you are super health conscious, have diet restrictions or are looking for a new stunner for your book shelf, this is probably going to be a pass. This is my frank, freely posted review.
