In 1976, he founded Lynch & Mayer, Inc., whose investment performance ranked near the top of its peer group as its assets grew to $7 billion. In addition to serving as Lynch & Mayer's Chairman, CEO, and CIO, he managed institutional equity and hedge fund portfolios.
