She is the founder of The Hot Spots Movement and directs the Future of Work Research Consortium with more than 60 corporate members from across the world. Gratton is ranked by the Thinkers50 as one of the top 15 business thinkers in the world. She is a Fellow of the World Economic Forum and has chaired the WEF Council on the Future of Leadership.
