Mr. Saad Abdul Qadir Maher is a graduate engineer from the Department of Electrical Engineering from the University of Technology in Baghdad in 1978 and he is an expert in the electric power and oil industry and worked as a project manager for a number of oil and electrical projects.From his previous releases a book entitled : Standards and Codes Guideline He also has a number of Arabic books.
