A visual glossary and math questions at the end of the book reinforce learning and encourage kids to look at the math they can see in the world around them.

Sital Gorasia Chapman is passionate about bringing math to life for kids. She worked in finance before becoming a children’s author. She studied Writing for Children at the City Lit and she is the author of The Math Adventurers series with DK and The Bedtime Boat with Farshore. Her new picture books Kindness Comes Back (Farshore) and Little Spruce (Sweet Cherry Publishing) will be published later this year together with a non-fiction picture book text, Diwali (Quarto).
