In his interesting research (with strengths and weaknesses) the author argues that this elite has been working behind the scenes for centuries to create a world government and control all the countries ́ resources. According to Epperson, the goal would be to create a totalitarian, borderless state in which individual rights are eliminated and control is absolute.
