Heal times are kinda crap. Lees been shot twice, dropped an elevator shaft in 4 months and is up and kicking.. good on him and the rest of the ,0000001% of americans who could survive. Give him a friggin week off so we know he's mortal!

DJ Molles is my new favorite author!! I've never read another series that
can keep you on the edge of your seat, your heart rate pounding, and make
you care for every character for every page of every book so far! The
action sequences are some of the best I've ever read and the imagery make
it feel as though I'm actually standing in the middle of a gunfight with
infected all around me! OUTSTANDING! Every one of his books!!

I have read all of The Remaining books and have been enthralled from the beginning. Each book is action packed and I can't wait to read the next unlike in some series where there are lulls. My only complaint is that I Wish the books were lengthier!!! However, definitely worth the money.

About the author
D.J. Molles has two published short stories, "Darkness" and "Survive," which won a short fiction contest through Writer's Digest. The Remaining series (The Remaining, The Remaining: Aftermath, The Remaining: Refugees and The Remaining: Fractured) are his first novels and have been met with overwhelming success. He lives in the southeast with his wife and two children.
