The desserts covered are exquisite and healthy homemade recipes. It was the author’s intention to have something for a wide variety of readers who might be looking for non-wheat-based healthy and delicious meals. They are offered a wide range of choices. I hope readers all over the world will appreciate my efforts in putting forth a book as tasty as its content.

Right from an early age, Anita Gupta developed a keen interest in the art and form of cooking. She started her journey at a young age by helping her mother in the kitchen. She has imbibed the skills to be able to produce different flavours and varieties of the most common dishes.
Her first book, The Vegetarian Journey, was an attempt to show readers the exquisite recipes possible in the vegetarian world. Through her first book, she made an effort to bring the perfect combination of the following vegetarianism with healthy varieties.
This second book, Rice Trail, has been an attempt to provide non-wheat-based dishes that are healthy and tasty.
