Right from an early age, Anita Gupta developed a keen interest in the art and form of cooking. She started her journey at a young age by helping her mother in the kitchen. She has imbibed the skills to be able to produce different flavours and varieties of the most common dishes.
Her first book, The Vegetarian Journey, was an attempt to show readers the exquisite recipes possible in the vegetarian world. Through her first book, she made an effort to bring the perfect combination of the following vegetarianism with healthy varieties.
This second book, Rice Trail, has been an attempt to provide non-wheat-based dishes that are healthy and tasty.
